Bulk checks, monitoring and API
The pages here are free. What is not free is doing this across a supplier list, every month, on a register that publishes no history.
Who does this at volume
- Retail and foodservice technical teams. Your approved supplier list is only as good as its last check. 2,846 establishments have left this register since 2020, and nothing tells you when one of yours does.
- Importers and customs agents. An oval mark on a consignment has to resolve to a real, current approval.
- Auditors and certification bodies. The date range matters: was this establishment approved on the date of the consignment? That question needs the history, not today's snapshot.
- Anyone reconciling suppliers to premises. Three number formats coexist, and 400 competent authorities issue them.
What we can do on your list
- Resolve a list. Send approval numbers or names; get back a CSV with the trading name, town, competent authority, approved activities, and the first and last month each appears in an FSA snapshot.
- Answer a dated question. Was this number approved in March 2023? We hold the snapshot.
- Watch a supplier list. This is the one that matters here: the FSA republishes rather than reporting change. We compare each new snapshot to the last and tell you what moved.
- Query it. A JSON endpoint by approval number, returning the full presence history.
Priced case by case. Say what you need and we answer with a figure and a sample run against your own list.
